Yoga for Runners/Cyclist Workshop
Learn how to optimize your runs/rides while staying flexible with specific yoga postures meant for athletes of all levels! All proceeds will go towards Food Runners, an organization that helps alleviate hunger in San Francisco and helps prevent food waste in our community!

About The Event
We all know running and cycling are wonderful ways to stay in shape, get outdoors and move our bodies! However, often times this leads to tightness in the body or loss of flexibilty and mobility. Come learn how to compliment your cardio practices with yoga and mindful movement! This is also a great way to meet other running and cycling partners!
Tis the season of thanksgiving too and we are so grateful for our Inclusion Health community. As a way to show our gratitude, this event is fully donation based and proceeds will go towards Food Runners, a grass roots organization picking up excess food from businesses and delivering it directly to agencies feeding the hungry in San Francisco since 1987.
So come join us in Getting Healthy while Giving Back! This event is for all fitness levels and will be a great time for runners and cyclist of all abilities! The suggested donation is $10 but feel free to just come and pay what you can at the door!
