About The Event

We understand that work and life have completely merged this year and its not always easy to find the balance. That's why every Inclusion Work/Life Balance Workshop begins with personalized team building activities that allows everyone to explore and share what drives them personally and professionally. This is followed by a combination of high intensity movements and slow steady yoga postures used to demonstrate the importance of invigorating work, balanced by steadiness and focus. The workshop is rounded out with a simple meditation that focuses on self growth both inside and outside of work. 

This class is designed for a variety of fitness levels and capabilites with modifications for everyone on your team. It is also created so that anyone WFH can do it alone or with their quaruntine buddies around with no equipment or previous experience necessary. Use this as a way to reconnect your team, albiet virtually, and have a creative replacement for the old after work happy hours!
