About The Event

Kaitlyn Pennington is the founder of Inclusion Health and a 350 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a Women's Health Certificate from Yoga Medicine. Jennifer Moss is the owner of Moss Acupuncture and certified acupunturist who has advanced training and specialized education in treating infertility and obstetrics with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Together they are teaming up to bring you a two part Women's Health Worshop!

Our second session will expand on the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga and how these ancient practices can help your menstrual cycle work better for you. We will focus on what you can do naturally to help the body recieve and maintain pregnancy better if and when you decide to start a family. If you are struggling to get pregnant or want to be as informed as possible to get pregnant when you are ready to do so, this workshop is for you! All in all, if you would also like to understand better how the female body works and how the Eastern world has been helping and healing their women for centeries, this session is for you! 

This is Part Two of our TWO PART WOMEN'S SERIES which will give the most well rounded experience for all women. If you want to gain the most knowledge you can about women's health for all stages of your life, you can purchase both sessions at a discount on our EVENTS page. 

Each session will consist of:

  • a yoga practice
  • an explanation of the yoga practice that you can do on your own
  • helpful accupressure points
  • a presentation and information regarding specific women's health categories
  • a Q&A with Jennifer Moss and Kaitlyn Pennington
